About the RoleWe’re looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to help bring structure, clarity, and accountability across the company. You’ll work closely with leadership and team members across all departments to ensure projects are created, tracked, and completed on time.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building operational systems, and takes pride in keeping everyone aligned and accountable.What You’ll DoCreate and manage projects for all delegated tasks across teams.Maintain and continuously improve the company’s Notion workspace as the single source of truth for priorities, projects, and timelines.Track task progress and proactively follow up with leadership and team members to ensure timely delivery.Identify bottlenecks, blockers, and ownership gaps, and drive them to resolution.Develop and maintain dashboards for visibility into responsibilities, progress, and key initiative status.Streamline company communication and reporting to improve efficiency and execution.What We’re Looking ForHighly organized, detail-oriented, and timeline-driven.
