At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organisations realise their human potential by joining great organisations, learning the right skills and building great teams.We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented professional to join our team as Account Operations to support both clients and employees under our Employer of Record (EOR) service in Indonesia. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operational processes, delivering exceptional experience to clients and employees alike, and driving long-term relationship success.What You’ll Be DoingServe as the primary liaison for clients regarding the management of their employees, offering guidance on matters such as leave administration, claims alignment, performance concerns, and contract-related queries.Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle—including onboarding, benefits and compensation inquiries, compliance, insurance matters, and contract preparation or updates.Utilize internal systems and tools to manage and update employment records, track key data points, generate reports, and support basic salary calculations as part of daily operations.Facilitate the annual performance review process by coordinating schedules, distributing necessary guidelines, and ensuring timely completion in collaboration with internal teams and clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees to promote engagement, trust, and long-term retention.Respond to day-to-day queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally; escalate more complex or sensitive concerns to the appropriate managers when needed.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., payroll, legal, HR) to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent communication across all touchpoints.Why You Should Join UsCross-Functional Collaboration: You will have the chance to work cross-functionally and across different geographiesBuilding Relationships: You will meet a lot of employees from different backgrounds with similar interests in growing and developing their career at Glints.Key Individual Contributor: Your contribution is not only important but impactful for the wider organisationInternational exposure: working with team members coming from different SEA countries.Who We Are Looking ForAt least 3 years of experience in client support, or customer success.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.Confident, proactive, and personable, with the ability to engage and support external stakeholders effectively.Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change.Analytical thinker with a track record of identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in data management and documentation.Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data entry, tracking, reporting, and basic payroll calculations.Familiarity with or willingness to learn HRMS, payroll platforms, and other relevant systems.Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) for clear communication with regional and global stakeholders.Experience working cross-functionally and serving as a main operational point of contact.Knowledge about HR operations and payroll is a plus.
