The firm invests across both liquid and private markets, with a long-term approach focused on capital growth and wealth preservation for its investors.To strengthen the team in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Operations Analyst who is eager to develop strong technical and operational foundations in a flat and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionYour ResponsibilitiesOperations & Middle OfficeSupport the day-to-day operational activities related to both liquid and private asset portfoliosMaintain and update internal reporting tools and Excel-based trackersContribute to NAV reviews, valuation checks, and the preparation of audit and financial documentationAssist in preparing capital calls, distribution notices, and e-banking paymentsReview transaction fees and positions via custodian or bank platformsSupport annual audit processes and ensure proper data collection and documentationLegal & Compliance SupportPrepare and coordinate meeting documentation (board packs, minutes, reports)Support AML/KYC processes at investor and investment levelsHelp compile data for regulatory reports (e.g., FINMA surveys, investment restrictions)Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors as neededAd hoc Projects & Process OptimizationContribute to process improvements and automation initiativesSupport the invoicing process and assist with internal reporting tasksCollaborate closely with the CFO and Head of Operations on various internal and corporate projectsThe Successful ApplicantYour ProfileUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration0 to 3 years of experience in a financial institution (bank, asset management, or audit)Good understanding of private equity concepts (e.g., NAV, RVPI, distributions)Strong Excel skills (formula-based calculations)Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a strong plus for some correspondenceReliable, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetMotivated to learn and comfortable performing both analytical and administrative tasksAble to work independently within a small, fast-paced teamWhat's On OfferWhy JoinOpportunity to work closely with senior leadership (CFO, Head of Operations) and gain a strong understanding of asset management operationsExposure to both private and liquid markets, building a solid foundation for your future careerFlat hierarchy and collaborative working environment in a boutique-sized, international teamOffice located in central Zurich, easily accessible by public transportContact: Sima KebbeQuote job ref: JN-102025-6859948
