Operations Business Systems Analyst - Airport Operations

Job Purpose:Lead the implementation, integration, and operational management of airport systems across terminal, airfield, and baggage operations. Ensure seamless, efficient, and technology-driven operations while driving digital transformation and AI adoption.Key Responsibilities:System Implementation & Integration: Design and deploy systems for terminal (check-in, boarding), airfield (AODB, RMS), and baggage (BHS, BRS).Operational Excellence: Maintain 24/7 system reliability, SOPs, and incident response protocols.Digital Transformation: Introduce AI/ML, automation, and predictive analytics for smarter decision-making.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or Aviation Management (Master’s preferred).Experience: 7–10 years in aviation systems; 5+ years in system implementation and integration.Industry: Aviation / Airport Operations.Must-Have Skills:✅ Strong knowledge of airport systems (CUTE/CUPPS, AODB, RMS, BHS, BRS). ✅ Expertise in AI/ML adoption and digital transformation. ✅ Project management and vendor coordination experience. ✅ Familiarity with IATA/ICAO standards and ITIL frameworks. ✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
