Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?The RoleLegora’s Operations team sits at the heart of the company, making sure everything runs, scales, and evolves at the same incredible pace as our product and clients. We’re now looking for an Operations Comms Manager to join this small but mighty team and enable the entire organisation with internal communication to ensure alignment and accelerate our global growth.This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment, wants to help shape how a company operates, and enjoys working cross-functionally to make big things happen. You’ll work closely with our leadership team helping teams stay aligned and the company stay one step ahead as we scale.Think of it as part operator, part project manager, part Chief of Staff. A role where you’ll take ownership, bring structure to complexity, and have an outsized impact on how the company runs day to day.What You’ll DoWork cross-functionally - with operations, GTM, legal, management, and engineering.Translate priorities into execution - breaking down goals, tracking progress, and keeping the organization moving fast and aligned.Take ownership - of company wide initiatives, ensuring clarity, follow-up, and results.Identify and fix bottlenecks - spotting operational challenges before they become problems.Help build systems and processes that enable scale, without slowing the team down.Play a key role in shaping the company as it grows, contributing to decisions that define how we work, communicate, and operate.Be challenged and grow quickly - this is a role with steep learning curves and real impact.Who You AreInnovative: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment where problems don’t always have obvious or easy answers.Autonomous: You take initiative, lead with ownership, and value feedback, you’d rather move fast and learn than play it safe.
