Operations Controller

We are looking for a Operations Controller and a good team member who will work in SunExpress, Antalya Headquarter.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related departments,The applicant shall meet the medical requirements for shift work.Excellent command of English both written and verbal.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ground operational units within the aviation industry.Able to use MS Office applications.Based in Antalya.Responsibilities:IOCC Operations Controller is responsible for executing daily operations, supporting and briefing the Duty Manager, in accordance with all relevant rules, regulations and commitments – national, international and company specific to ensure the safe, secure, timely and cost-effective operations of all flights within the scope of IOCC’s streamlined and seamless ways of working.Manage and coordinate all operational IOCC aspects and support the Duty Manager as necessary to ensure operational situational awareness.Assist other departments within the IOCC framework as required/requested on the day of operations to ensure safe, secure, timely and cost-effective operations.Partial joint responsibility with the PIC and provide PIC assistance when necessary for the risk tolerability. Regulate, control, and terminate flights in accordance with national and international rules and regulations and corporate policies to ensure safety and security.Prepare measures in advance for possible irregularities and crisis management and report to the IOCC Duty Manager. Have an understanding of all other operational areas so as to best determine what possible solutions can be implemented with the most likely positive outcome.Efficiently execute tasks entrusted by IOCC management and follow IOCC procedures, report any inadequacy regarding flight operations to Duty Manager.Ensure accurate data entry in the operational systems, logs, reports and briefing packs, as well as the accuracy of received data.Work with all tools and solutions possible to reduce delays, capturing changing operational situations, weights, weather, avoiding conflicts with ATC procedures etc. to have a safe, efficient, secure and timely operation.Assist flight crew for diversion or cancellation of a flight in unsafe conditions regarding safety, and security of the aircraft, passengers, cargo, or flight delay. If there is any known DG information, coordinate with the flight crew, and handling agent, and inform IOCC Duty Manager regarding the situation.Report concerning matters, irregularities and IOCC-related discrepancies to IOCC management and provide with support and prompt actions in accordance with national and international rules, regulations, and corporate commitments.
