This is a high-impact role for someone who loves creating order, optimizing systems, and helping teams perform at their best.About the RoleIf you love creating structure out of chaos — organizing tasks, people, and ideas into clean, repeatable systems — this is your dream job. As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll work directly with company leadership to build systems, streamline operations, and ensure that every project runs efficiently.This is not a traditional VA position. It’s a strategic role designed for someone who wants to learn how a multi-million-dollar real estate firm operates — and grow into a key operations leader as the business scales.ResponsibilitiesManage recurring property and project tasks in Asana or similar project management tools.Maintain and organize Google Drive folders, reports, and key documentation.Turn founder ideas and Loom recordings into clear, documented SOPs.Coordinate communication across departments (operations, acquisitions, and investor relations).Track CapEx progress, vendor performance, and property reporting.Build dashboards and workflows in Notion, GoHighLevel, or n8n to improve efficiency.Proactively identify bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership to solve them.Ideal Candidate2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or real estate administration.Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.Fluent in English (spoken and written) and confident communicating with U.S.-based executives.Comfortable using tools such as Asana, Notion, Google Drive, Loom, and Zapier.Experience supporting entrepreneurs or managing multiple projects remotely.Interested in process automation and workflow optimization.Independent thinker — resourceful and solution-oriented.Nice to HavePrior experience in real estate, property management, or construction operations.Experience using GoHighLevel or other CRM automation systems.Basic understanding of KPI dashboards or performance tracking systems.Why You’ll Love Working with WiseVAsMentorship directly from business founders and senior leaders.Real-world exposure to real estate investing, operations, and process design.Supportive, professional team culture that values your input.Flexible, fully remote work with long-term career potential.Apply now: https://trywisevas.com/work-with-usThis is an external position to work at a WiseVAs client.
