We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day store operations in Tallinn. And we need your help on this mission!About The RoleIn this role, you will support operational processes across one or two stores, help ensure SOP compliance, work closely with store teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly while learning on the job.Main tasks and responsibilities:Responsible for SOP compliance, implementation, and auditing across food safety, health & safety, and store processes (picking & packing, goods acceptance & returns, quality and expiry checks, inventories, etc.)Train, oversee, and support store staff, ensuring high operational standardsOwn shift planning in accordance with budget and operational needsManage supplier invoices and returnsAct as the direct point of contact with Supply Chain, Commercial, and other Bolt teams for store-related topics requiring quick responsesEnsure operations continuity while owning one or two stores, with flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed (standard schedule 9–18h)About you:Availability to work across different stores according to business needs, including outside normal working hours and covering last-minute urgenciesPrevious relevant experience in operations management, supply chain/warehouse management, retail, business development, or a related industryProven track record of achieving quality metrics and operational targets by improving operational processes and frameworksStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to support decision-makingOwnership mindset: proactive problem solver, organized, reliable, and able to handle stress wellCommunication and written skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersExperience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
