🌍🚚 Exciting Opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia! 🌍🚚We are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team in Atlanta, GA📍 Location: Atlanta, Georgia 📦 Department: Operations & LogisticsAs our new Operations Coordinator, you’ll take charge of international and domestic logistics from point of origin to final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with traders, ensure smooth daily workflow, and keep every shipment on track.✨ What You’ll Do: 🔹 Manage “A to Z” logistics operations (import/export & third-country trade) 🔹 Communicate with vendors, carriers, and warehouses 🔹 Resolve logistical challenges with a cool head and quick action 🔹 Verify Incoterms, review freight costs, and ensure accurate documentation 🔹 Maintain organized shipment records in ERP systems💼 What We’re Looking For: ✅ 3–5+ years in logistics or operations (chemical/plastics industry preferred) ✅ Strong understanding of import/export, Letters of Credit & bank collections ✅ Knowledge of freight bookings, inland transport & customs procedures ✅ Excellent communication, organization & problem-solving skills ✅ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeIf you or someone you know is a strong match, let’s connect!📩 Email: arustamova@cig-global.com 🔗 Connect with me here on LinkedIn!
