The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.ResponsibilitiesDevelop operating strategies for each business unit.Ensure the prompt availability of products, create import plans, supervise warehouses, and manage inventories and deliveries to customers.Maintain close communication with the commercial and technical teams to gather updated information for developing efficient and concrete strategies.Develop management indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and support continuous improvement.Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers and lead specialized purchases.Oversee proper documentation generation in compliance with Peruvian authorities and customer requests.Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followedManage budget to align with goals of businessQualificationsSupply Chain related degree or at least 5+ years in similar roles and functions.Data-driven mindsetStrong organizational and management skills.Self-motivated, problem solver, and decision maker.Obsession with customer excellence and continuous improvement.Logistics and Supply Chain knowledge.Experience with ERP management, ideally SAP.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.English
