Our mission is to provide customers with unmatched service, creativity and value through corporate gifting and gift experiences both onsite and virtually.GLOBAL EVENTO OPERATIONS COORDINATORThe role of Operations Coordinator is to support the Operations Team on projects from start to finish. The operations coordinator will manage vendors, respond to guest inquiries, and lead on-site gifting experiences.JOB DESCRIPTIONConfirm inventory, timing, and availability with our partner teams.Write and submit purchase ordersTravel domestically and internationally to setup and host gifting experiencesMaintain open communication with logistics, accounts payable/receivable, operations, proposal development, and sales teamsWork with logistics team on shipping product, inventory management, organization, and resupplying decorManage customer email boxes and communicate with guests regarding tracking and issues with deliveryLook for creative answers and solutions to customer, sales and operations problemsWork directly with operations manager to create final bill, including all changes, cancellations, and additionsLearn all areas of Global EventoQUALIFICATIONSAvailable to travel up to 60% of the time.Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Google Suite desiredProfessional oral presentation and writing skills required.Excited to work daily at our headquarters in the Central West End of St. LoCustomer service and/or hospitality experience preferredExcited to work a diverse group of colleagues and clienteleExposure or familiarity with high-end incentive travel and luxury brands preferredPassion for market trends, tech innovation and up-and-coming brands preferredMust be at least 21 years of age or older and able to rent a car.SUCCESSFUL CHARACTERISTICSHighly organized with great attention to detailCustomer service orientedProcess-driven, self-motivated, hard-workingDesire to take ownershipAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWants to be a part of a highly motivated, growing companyUnderstands working in an entrepreneurial environmentMotivated to learn, advance and mentorWilling to speak-up and ensure customers’ successExcellent time management skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDSLift and move boxes from 10 - 25 poundsProlonged time on feet, when on-site for eventsTolerate moderate noise level, when in office (headphones/earbuds encouraged)APPLICATION PROCESSInterested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and any other relevantmaterials, to Mary Knobbe at Careers@globalevento.com.
