Our team provides store owners with comprehensive guidance in all aspects of community pharmacy operations, including pharmacy and professional services, front store operations, marketing, and merchandising.With a low turnover rate and an average employee tenure of over 11 years, Pharmasave West is committed to creating fulfilling career opportunities for our team within a dynamic, ever-evolving industry – while maintaining a strong focus on growth and professional development.Where you will be working:Pharmasave West Office, Langley, BCHybrid/flexible work models offeredAbout the role:Reporting to the Region Director, Operations and Professional Affairs, the incumbent’s primary responsibility is to support operational initiatives, ensure efficiency, and provide day-to-day administrative and project support for new store openings and transitions. This includes managing timelines, coordinating logistics, preparing communications and reports, maintaining records, and assisting with cross-functional collaboration.What you will be doing:Delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Operations team, supporting the efficient and effective execution of daily operational tasks.Overseeing and supporting project timelines and all technical processes related to new store openings, changes in ownership, relocations and banner conversions.Tracking progress on operational initiatives and projects, flagging delays and assisting with action plan completionArranging logistics for operations activities including scheduling and coordinating resourcesPreparing and distributing internal communications, reports, and presentationsMaintaining and updating data, records, and electronic filing systemsAssisting in developing and implementing operational policies and proceduresSupporting cross-functional collaboration between departments, including administrative supportOther duties as assignedYou are someone who:Brings exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesDemonstrates a solution-focused mindset and takes initiative to proactively address challengesMaintains a positive attitude, collaborates effectively, and embraces learning in a dynamic environmentWorks well both independently and as part of a teamPossesses strong interpersonal skills and engages confidently with individuals across all levels and departmentsApplies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complexity and drive resultsWhat you should have:Minimum 2 years of retail experienceProject Management experience is a strong assetFamiliarity with POS operations, data management and business reporting is an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)Pharmasave West values diversity and is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
