We’re passionate about efficiency, customer service, and continuous improvement — redefining the future of logistics through smart technology and strong partnerships.About the RoleWe’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing Oakville operations team. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily freight forwarding activities, ensure on-time shipments, and provide exceptional service to our clients and carriers. This is a key role in maintaining smooth logistics operations and ensuring ShipTech continues to deliver excellence in every shipment.Key Responsibilities·        Coordinate import/export shipments via air, ocean, and ground transportation.·        Book and track freight, prepare shipping documents, and communicate shipment status.·        Liaise with carriers, clients, customs brokers, and overseas agents.·        Ensure timely and accurate completion of logistics documentation (eManifest, B/L, AWB, invoices, etc.).·        Resolve delays or discrepancies proactively and maintain accurate operational data.·        Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows and support client success.·        Maintain compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.Qualifications·        Minimum 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding.·        In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations, logistics processes, and industry standards, ensuring efficient coordination of shipments and adherence to best practices.·        Strong understanding of Incoterms, import/export documentation, and customs procedures.·        Proficiency in logistics or freight management systems (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, or similar).·        Excellent communication and organizational skills.·        Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.·        Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.What We Offer·        Competitive salary based on experience.·        Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.·        Supportive, innovative team culture.How to ApplyIf you’re an experienced logistics professional looking to grow with a forward-thinking company, we’d love to hear from you!To be considered for this role, please send your resume and cover letter to: careers@shiptechintl.com
