Operations Development Engineer

Job SummaryThis job is responsible for managing and developing operational processes end-to-end, from project planning, data processing, system development, to testing and maintenance. This role acts as the main liaison with business needs to ensure smooth and successful execution.Key Responsibilities: Manage operational projects from planning, execution, monitoring, and maintenance, and coordinate with stakeholders. Process operational data to gain information and make decisions. Develop dashboards and data visualization reports for monitoring and evaluation. Create and develop operational systems using company IT tools such as Microsoft Environment (SharePoint, Teams), Power Apps, and Power Automate. Perform system testing and debugging to ensure functionality meets requirements. Handle technical and operational troubleshooting during and after project implementation. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on existing systems and processes. Prepare comprehensive documentation related to projects, systems, and SOPs. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, process development, or project management in a Manufacturing company is preferable. Proficient in data processing and analytics (Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc), Python programming for data processing and automation. Experienced in building and managing systems using Microsoft Environment tools (SharePoint, Teams), Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar platforms. Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
