Operations Executive – EX Digital Marketing Agency

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized Operations Executive with a strong marketing background to support daily operations, project coordination, and performance tracking within our digital marketing agency. This role is full-time and on-site at our Misr El-Gedida office.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between internal teams.Assist in managing client accounts and supporting project timelines.Track performance, prepare reports, and support quality control processes.Follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and operational tasks across teams.Maintain clear documentation, policies, and operational procedures.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on tasks and priorities.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or account management (preferably in a digital marketing/creative agency).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (must be a marketing/marketeer graduate).Fluent in English (No Egyptian accent).Solid understanding of digital marketing basics, project coordination, performance tracking, policies, and reporting.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Ability to work on-site and handle fast-paced agency environments.Important Notes for ApplicantsCandidates must meet the following criteria:Willing to work full-time on-site in Misr El-Gedida.Salary expectations within the offered range.Experience relevant to operations and digital marketing.Marketing graduate (mandatory).Working ConditionsWorking Days: Sunday–ThursdayDays Off: Friday & SaturdayWorking Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour flexible)Location: Abdelhamed Badawy – Misr El-Gedida, CairoJob Type: Full-time, On-site
