Job Description

Maintain smooth communication with customers, shipping companies, domestic and foreign branches and agents; Coordinate the work between related units and internal departments of the company. 2.Actively provide corresponding feedback to customers and overseas agents, such as the progress of cargo transportation and the costs incurred. Ensure that customer commitments are met, and explain to customers if there is any inconsistency. 3.Establish good relationship with customers, provide customers with timely, friendly and benign operation services, ensure customers satisfaction, and achieve good customer maintenance. 4.Deal with all kinds of problems in the transportation of goods; Ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods to their destination. 5. Have a detailed knowledge of each customer requirement and SOP, ensure operation is conducted in accordance with the SOP. 6. Ensure KPI is strictly complied with and all operations are accurate and efficient. 7. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or the company.
