This role plays a key part in supporting plant-level financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and driving cost efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.Key Activities and ResponsibilitiesLead and support monthly financial close activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness across key areas such as Capex, cost centers, and inventoriesManage standard costing processes, including annual tariff calculations and updates, while maintaining master data in SAP.Monitor and analyze cost performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget owners with actionable insights.Oversee capital expenditure processes, including investment request evaluations and actuals tracking.Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring assumptions are well-founded and figures are reliable.Ensure compliance with internal control standards and support audit-related activities.SkillsYou bring a strong sense of business acumen and can connect financial data with broader business drivers.You’re a problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways to work.You’re comfortable working with digital tools and systems, and you’re eager to learn new technologies.You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.You value accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance or controlling role, ideally within an international setting.Solid understanding of financial principles, cost management, and budgeting processes.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools; experience with BI tools is a plus.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Professional fluency in English.
