During 15 intense and exciting months, our Operations Graduate Program will give you a holistic view of our operational and logistic activities, including both the local and global perspective. You will be working with the technologies of tomorrow, building the products of the future – electric, connected and automated. In parallel, you will grow as a person, through individual and team development sessions. You will have a permanent position from day one, with a manager and mentor to support you. You will experience several local and international on the job-rotations and work on business-critical projects developing your competencies for tomorrow. You will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvements, while also learning about the end-to-end supply chain, aftermarket parts and our remanufacturing operations. You will be part of the Maintenance Engineering Department. Working within this dynamic group, you will collaborate with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.Main activities and responsibilities: At Volvo Group Trucks Operations in Skövde, you'll be a key person in the evolution of transportation, contributing significantly to society.In your role as a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide tools and methods to improve machine health-state in our production. You will be involved in finding new use cases to improve machine reliability, data analysis, and the application of innovative solutions to reduce maintenance losses. Your role will encompass supporting the maintenance organization by devising solutions for selected use cases and effectively implementing them. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and academic partners, contributing to global forums, and potentially participating as a team member for the introduction of new research outcomes will also be part of your duties.Who are you?We seek an individual encouraged by technical challenges and driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact. Work during studies is not included. In this truly global program, communication will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English. Basic knowledge of Swedish is crucial for effective communication within our environment.
