Job Description

Location: Zurich / HybridA/NTERIM is a Zurich-based company specialized in the development and management of sustainable interim-use and hospitality concepts. Our mission is to turn temporarily unused spaces into vibrant, livable places. From furnished apartments and boutique hotels to creative housing solutions.We are looking for a hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented person to support our daily operations and guest management. You will play a key role in the smooth running of our properties and guest experience, while helping the management team focus on strategic growth.We are looking to start at a 50-80% position, which can be subject to development. Your tasks can vary broadly, and when evolved into a Full-time position, would include following Points:Your TasksGuest Relations & OperationsManaging guest requests, bookings and stay inquiriesHandling check-ins, check-outs, and handoversActing as the main contact for guests — resolving issues quickly and professionallyCoordinating cleaning and maintenance teamsContract & AdministrationPreparing and managing guest contracts and extensionsOverseeing deposits, rental payments and refundsMaintaining a clear payment and occupancy overviewManaging communication with landlords, partners, and suppliersProperty & Partner ManagementAssisting with new property setup (furnishing, onboarding, coordination)Supporting property sourcing and onboarding processesMaintaining relationships with property owners and local partnersMarketing & CommunityPosting property listings and managing advertisementsContributing to social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Supporting branding efforts and guest communication templatesGeneral Support & OptimizationIdentifying and improving daily workflowsEnsuring operational consistency across all A/NTERIM and FLA/TS propertiesYour ProfileExperience in hospitality, property management, administration, or customer serviceStrong organizational and communication skills (German & English required)Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetComfortable working independently and managing several properties at onceTech-savvy and familiar with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and booking platformsOpen for new challenges and to develop new skillsWhy Join A/NTERIMWork directly with the founder in a growing, innovative real estate & hospitality companyTake ownership of diverse tasks and shape your own roleGain deep insight into operations, property development, and brand managementFlat hierarchy, flexibility, and trust-based work cultureHow to ApplySend your CV and a short motivation to info@anterim.comPlease include your earliest availability and desired workload (50–80%).
