A Snapshot of Your DayAs Operations & Interface Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for coordinating and resolving interface challenges between GCO, Service Units, Engineering and potentially with other internal and external stakeholders. You will support Project Managers by taking over operational tasks which require additional skills which are not available in the project team. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth processes and reducing inefficiencies in difficult project situations like forced outages.How You’ll Make An ImpactBe the first point of contact for PMs, especially for tasks that are currently unclear or not contractually defined.Take ownership of these topics and other like operational outage-related tasks such as event creation in SAP/Salesforce, scheduling, provision of staff, equipment, tooling and spare parts coordination, shipment preparation, and documentation until the topic is resolved.Collecting lessons learned from different projects and distribute them in the teamAct as a communication bridge between GCO, Service organizations, EQS Product Integrity, and EPCs to clarify responsibilities and streamline workflows.What You BringStrong organizational skills and a proactive mindsetExperience in operational project support and interface managementExcellent communication skills across all organizational levelsIn best case: strong knowledge of Siemens Energy internal organizationBasic understanding of industrial applications, ideally in power plant businessFamiliarity with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office toolsFluency in English and German (optional)Willingness to travel to job-sites (short-term, in case needed)About The TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
