PositionOperations InternReports to: Operations Manager BrasilThe selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative and financial tracking tasks. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial, administrative, and operational fields.Job responsibilitiesManage the accounts payable process, including receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices.Collaboration with store team to do the administrative task for the store (invoice generate, contact with the client, payment process).Manage and help the operational team from store with the after sale (contact the supplier, manage the system, etc...)Collaborate with the finance department to track payments and ensure compliance with established deadlines.Upload invoices and relevant documentation to the company's accounting system.Request documentation from suppliers for proper review and creation of registration in the internal payment system.Provide support in inventory management, including conducting physical counts and reconciling records.Handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in transactions.Manage the uniform inventory for salespeople, ensuring an adequate supply and proper distribution.Communicate with store operations teams to respond to specific requests and follow up on processes.Collaboration and communication with suppliers to resolve issues and track their payments.ProfileActively enrolled student in a degree related to Finance, Administration, Economics, or Accounting.MINIMUM TWO YEARS TO COMPLETE THE DEGREEAdvanced English.Advanced Excel skills.Skills And CompetenciesExcellent administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Adaptability.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
