Leveraging cutting-edge robotics and advanced artificial intelligence, we develop transformative technologies that redefine how work is done across multiple industries—empowering businesses to streamline operations, boost productivity, and unlock new possibilities.Overview:We are looking for a highly reliable and structured Operations & Inventory Specialist to support our engineering, logistics, and administrative workflows at Sereact.You will play a key role in keeping our internal material flows efficient, accurate, and well-documented, ensuring that engineering teams can focus on building and deploying our robotics systems.This role is onsite in Stuttgart and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work in the warehouse and process-driven work in our ERP system.Your Responsibilities:ERP & Administrative OperationsFull ownership of all material movements in our ERP system (e.g., Odoo): goods receipts, goods issues, internal transfers. Creating and managing purchase orders and coordinating with internal teams. Verifying and booking supplier invoices, including clarification of discrepancies. Continuous reconciliation of ERP inventory with physical stock. Supporting inventory preparation, cycle counts, corrections, and documentation. Contributing to process optimization across warehouse, procurement, and production. Warehouse & LogisticsReceiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods. Picking and preparing materials for internal teams and outgoing shipments. Maintaining structure, cleanliness, and correct labeling in the warehouse. Supporting internal material flows together with Hardware, Production & Engineering. Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Occasional local pickups or drop-offs (driver’s license required). Qualifications:Education And ExperienceCompleted commercial or logistics-related vocational training (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, or similar)2–3+ years of professional experience in inventory management, logistics, or operationsHands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo, or similarExperience in warehouse, engineering, or production environments (nice-to-have)Valid driver’s license (Type B)German & English language level B2 or higherSkillsHigh accuracy and structured, process-driven work habitsStrong ownership mentality and willingness to support both administrative and physical tasksVery reliable, communicative, and team-orientedAbility to maintain clarity and organization in fast-moving operational environmentsOur interview plan:ApplicationCultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for.
