As we scale, we are looking for an Operations Executive to work directly with the Founder and help build the internal operations engine of the company.We are open to applications on a:RemoteHybridFull-time office-basedOur priority is finding the right fit rather than focusing on location. We recognise the benefits of both focused, independent work and close collaboration with the team. We have office space in London and Dubai.The RoleThis is not just an administrative position. While a core part of this role involves supporting the day to day running of the business. It sits at the centre of how we operate and plays a key role in building the foundations, strategy and processes to support our growth and commitment to excellent service to both candidates and clients.You will work directly with the Founder to ensure operations run smoothly, finances are structured and understood, data is accurate, risk is controlled, reporting is clear, and the business remains commercially sharp.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Operations- Reviewing, negotiating & managing terms of business with customers- Data Processing, Compliance & Management- Building performance reports, tracking KPIs, analyzing revenue and client performance- Providing insights and suggestions for operational improvement- Tracking client quality, revenue quality, Business Economic reviews, strategic change- Supporting pipeline and forecasting, goal, commission and bonus trackingCommercial & Financial Oversight- Xero management and reconciliations- Reviewing & processing contractor timesheets, approvals and invoices- Monitoring payments and outstanding invoices- Supporting payroll- Building financial dashboards and reports- Financial forecasting, risk, cost planning and strategyCEO Support- Managing priorities and weekly planning- Organising meetings and schedules- Preparing summaries and follow-ups- Acting as a filter for operational tasks- Increasing the Founder’s time spent on revenue generationExperience Required- Experience working in a recruitment agency (operations, finance or commercial support)- Strong Excel skills- Strong Xero skills (or similar systems)- Highly organised and detail-focused- Commercially aware and confident with numbers- Able to work independently- Calm, proactive and solutions-driven- Comfortable pushing back where neededThis role is ideal for someone who has worked in a larger agency/consultancy environment and wants to play a bigger role in building something long-term.The opportunity- Direct exposure to entrepreneurship and business growth- Clear progression into COO- Performance-based bonus- Potential long-term equity opportunity- A seat at the table in a growing global consultancyIf you’re commercially sharp, operationally strong and want to help build a business properly we’d love to hear from you.
