Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Lead with a strong background in HR and oversight of financial operations. This role is predominantly HR-focused while providing strategic guidance on Financial matters. Reporting to senior leadership, ideal for an MBA-qualified professional ready to shape people and operational strategy while collaborating with international teams and ensuring both HR and finance functions run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Lead HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices.Oversee finance activities, coordinating with outsourced finance teams to support accurate and timely reporting.Provide strategic insights to support HR and financial planning initiatives.Facilitate quarterly travel to Dubai to collaborate with international teams and ensure operational alignment.Contribute to office management and workplace efficiency initiatives.Ideal Candidate:5+ years of experience in HR leadership, with strong exposure to financial operations.Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and strategic workforce planning.Experience working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel internationally quarterly.MBA qualification.Based in North Dublin Hybrid model
