GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop strategies and launch cross-functional business initiatives that deliver the APAC go-to-market strategy for Search+ ads business.Drive adoption of key products by influencing across teams to align resources and direction to equip sales specialists, sales communities, and pods across the organization with the skills and knowledge to drive activation of the Search+ business in APAC.Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and execution for product activation programs and strategies.Drive cross-functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate ownership of smaller projects.Serve as a subject-matter-expert with an understanding of the business area.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
