Operational Leader – Netherlands (Hybrid, Amstelveen Area)Reporting to: Operations Director, Western EuropeLocation: Hybrid role based near Amstelveen, with regular office and site visitsA global leader in service-based systems integration is seeking an experienced Operational Leader to support business growth and drive operational excellence in the Netherlands. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional with strong tactical insight and leadership capabilities as well as physical security industry experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency and qualityProvide tactical support to teams and ensure successful project deliveryCollaborate across departments to ensure seamless operational executionMonitor project financials and support budget managementConduct site visits to assess operational needs and uphold standardsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsCandidate Profile:Proven experience in operations, project management, or technical service deliveryExperience within the Physical Security industry (CCTV, Surveillance, Fire Safety Systems, BMS etc)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsFluent in Dutch and EnglishTechnically proficient and comfortable with operational tools and systemsExperience in systems integration, security solutions, or adjacent industries preferredRelevant certifications (e.g. PMP) and a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field desirableAdditional Information: This is a hybrid role requiring regular presence at the Amstelveen office and client sites across the Netherlands. Occasional travel within the EMEA region may be required.
