About the RoleWe’re looking for an Operations, Service & Logistics Manager — a structured, decisive, and business-minded leader who ensures every sale turns into customer satisfaction through operational excellence and discipline.You will oversee project execution, after-sales service, and logistics operations — connecting warehouse readiness, on-time delivery, and professional service execution into one efficient chain.Your mission: deliver what we promise, safely, on time, and reliably — while continuously improving efficiency and teamwork across departments.---Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Process ManagementPlan and control day-to-day operational activities for installation, commissioning, and service jobs.Align schedules and priorities with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain departments.Identify workflow inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and implement measurable improvements.Ensure compliance with company standards in safety, quality, and documentation.2. Logistics, Shipment & Fleet CoordinationSupervise shipment scheduling, delivery routing, and driver/fleet utilization.Ensure goods are shipped safely, accurately, and on time.Coordinate with Warehouse for stock readiness, packing accuracy, and delivery verification.Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and delivery cost efficiency.Implement tracking and reporting systems to reduce delay and logistic loss.3. Service & After-Sales SupportOversee service ticket handling, repair, and warranty claim processes.Monitor response and resolution times, ensuring timely closure of customer issues.Establish preventive-maintenance contracts and execute scheduled maintenance programs.Collect and analyze service data to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues.4. Customer Experience & SatisfactionServe as the single point of accountability for customer satisfaction after delivery or handover.Conduct customer feedback tracking, surveys, and escalation handling.Translate customer insights into improvement proposals for product, logistics, or service processes.5. Team Leadership & DisciplineLead logistics, technicians, and service coordinators with firm, clear standards.Enforce punctuality, accountability, and professionalism across operational roles.Coach staff to develop ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement habits.Collaborate with HR for competency training, certification, and safety compliance.6. Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards covering project, service, and logistics metrics.Present improvement initiatives to management — especially in efficiency, cost reduction, and process reliability.Support digital system implementation (ERP, service tracker, or fleet monitoring).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.7–12 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Service Management — ideally within industrial automation, electrical distribution, or engineering services.Strong coordination and planning skills across multiple functions (logistics, warehouse, service).Experience managing drivers, technicians, and subcontractors.Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-driven decision making.Familiar with simple ERP, CRM, or fleet tracking systems.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in English.---Ideal PersonalityMBTI Target: ESTJ, ENTJMethodical, structured, and assertive — thrives in organized, results-oriented environments.Has a “command presence” — respected by subordinates, firm but fair.Enjoys order, schedules, and measurable improvement.Comfortable managing both people and process with equal discipline.
