Clearsips is a growing importer and distributor of zero-proof beverages across Canada. We manage supplier partnerships, sales relationships, and product portfolios in multiple provinces. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to help manage the flow of product data, inventory information, and order processing that keeps our operations running smoothly.Role OverviewWe’re seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to assist with order entry, product specification maintenance, and inventory tracking. This flexible, remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping systems accurate, organized, and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Entry: Input and update sales orders and manage fulfilment.Product Data Maintenance: Keep product listings, pricing, SKUs, and packaging details up to date across internal systems.Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and flag items needing restock or review.Asset Management: Help update and manage asset folders across multiple brands and channelsSupplier Coordination: Support communication with suppliers regarding availability, shipments, and updates.Operational Support: Assist with reporting, spreadsheet updates, and general coordination for sales and logistics teams.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in administrative operations, order management, or inventory coordination.Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the beverage, import/distribution, or CPG industries is an asset. DetailsHours: 20-30 per week (flexible schedule)Location: Remote (within Canada)Compensation: $25–$35 per hour, based on experienceReports to: Senior Team
