We’re seeking a dynamic Operations & Maintenance Director to oversee warehouse and terminal operations nationwide and drive performance, reliability, and safety excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance and operations for warehouses and terminals across multiple states.Champion safety as a core company value and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Develop and manage maintenance strategies, budgets, and KPIs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.Oversee and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and mechanics.Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align maintenance with production goals.Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and vendor management.Support continuous improvement initiatives and companywide best practices.QualificationsMUST have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of progressive operations and maintenance leadership experience in distribution, construction materials, or heavy industry.Strong knowledge of terminal and warehouse operation and maintenance, safety compliance, and performance management.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Royal White Cement is an equal opportunity employer committed to a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.
