This role is hands-on and will give you direct exposure to how a manufacturing plant is run — from daily operations and process coordination to troubleshooting and reporting. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, gaining practical experience while contributing to plant efficiency and expansion projects.The job will require attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across different functions. There will be opportunities to travel regionally as we grow in Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa. Training and mentorship will be provided, but you are expected to be proactive and independent in taking on responsibilities.
