Operations Manager - CFPP

Responsibilities:Supervise daily power plant operations to ensure optimal performance and output.Monitor and analyze plant performance indicators (e.g., efficiency, heat rate, emissions).Ensure operational activities are compliant with regulatory and safety standards.Coordinate start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination with operations.Manage plant asset integrity and optimize equipment life cycle.Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and best practices.Lead, motivate, and manage the operations and maintenance teams.Prepare and manage O&M budgets and expenditures.Prepare regular reports on plant performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and compliance.Requirements:Experience in Performance Monitoring for CFPP O&M.Minimum of 10–15 years in coal-fired power plant operations and maintenance, with at least 5–7 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in coal-fired power plant is mandatory.Strong technical knowledge of coal-fired power plant systems.Familiarity with regulatory and environmental standards.Leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
