This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to play a key leadership role within a purpose-driven organisation.About the RoleAs Operations Manager, you will form part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Board. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations across branches and central functions, including IT systems, compliance, credit control, and staff management.
