Are you ready to take a leading role in ensuring seamless operations and top‑quality Managed Services delivery on the ServiceNow platform? As a Managed Services Operations Manager at Plat4mation, you combine strategic insight with hands-on execution. You are responsible for ensuring that operational excellence translates into measurable customer outcomes and scalable growth. By driving efficiency, quality, and consistency across our Managed Services portfolio, you enable expansion into enterprise accounts while strengthening customer value and retention. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you play a vital part in scaling operations and turning operational performance into long-term business impact. What will you do?Oversee daily operations and performance management across Managed Services delivery teams. Align operational capabilities with business growth objectives, supporting expansion into enterprise accounts. Identify and act on opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. Manage operational planning, reporting, and resource allocation aligned with financial performance targets. Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions, renewals, and customer success. Lead and coach teams, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. Maintain high operational quality standards and ensure compliance with internal frameworks, SLAs and governance models. Drive customer satisfaction, efficiency, and margin enhancement through proactive problem solving and data-driven leadership. Occasional travel is required to coordinate with globally dispersed teams or assist with customer visits. We ask: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or service delivery, preferably within Managed Services or SaaS organizations. Strong knowledge of service operations processes, including KPI management and customer lifecycle management. Proven background in managing both SMB and enterprise accounts with measurable CSAT and performance results. Experience in people leadership and operational scaling, with hands‑on knowledge of financials and margin management. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and geographies. Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus). Relevant certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or ITIL are highly valued; additional credentials in operations or continuous improvement (e.g., COM, CSCP) are a plus.
