Job Description

This is a new position is a Growing Global Payments Business which has 8 offices globally and multiple licenses in each locations which allows them to trade legally. We need a bright and engaging manager who can run and mentor teams to bring them up to an international standard. There will be many opportunities for advancement within the global business.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTreasury and Payments Manage & monitor client’s payouts.Fund client’s payouts.End of shift reconciliation of all payouts.Liaise with client support and sales team to identify near-term payout requirements.Ensure that all non-USD positions are hedged or covered.Prepare payment requests to banks, and understand the different requirements of each bank.Daily reporting of transactions.Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.Maintain meticulous and accurate records on Datasoft middle office activities.Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of treasury management and payment processes to minimize errors and risks.Conduct regular audits to verify the precision of financial records and payment data.Partner with key internal partners in Sales, Value Transfer Service (VTS) Trading, Operations, & Compliance Team to provide holistic client support.Perform any other related lawful duties that may be given by the Management from time to time.5. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.Prior experience in handling financial transactions and preferably in the payment or financial services industry.Ability to work shifts it will alternate between on site during the day shift and remote working for the night shift (4pm to 1am)Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Strong knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance requirements.Familiar with international corporate structures and workflow.Familiar with banking networks and payment routes.Familiar with foreign exchange and foreign exchange quoting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong verbal and written communication in English.Ability to communicate in Chinese including Mandarin is preferable.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Meticulous in managing work processes.Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
