OKRA Foods. is looking for Operations Manager - Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Summary:The Operations Manager will look after the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets. This includes managing staff, maintaining food and service quality, handling vendors, and ensuring all standards and systems are properly followed.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of multiple QSR outlets to ensure consistent performance and smooth functioning.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and profitability.Ensure strict compliance with company policies, HACCP rules, and all food safety and hygiene standards.Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and optimal cost control.Assist in pricing and food cost analysis, contributing to profitable and competitive menu development.Oversee inventory management — including forecasting, ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control.Manage restaurant management software systems (POS, inventory, reporting tools) to ensure seamless operations.Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay updated on food trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for senior management to support data-driven decisions.Coordinate closely with the supply chain team to maintain optimal raw material and packaging stock levels.Plan and manage employee job rosters and shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal labor efficiency.Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff, building strong and motivated teams.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and sales.Ensure exceptional customer service standards and promptly address any customer concerns or feedback.Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters accountability, teamwork, and high morale.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Experience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)Additional RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in QSR or restaurant operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and vendor management.Experience using POS and restaurant management software.Good understanding of HACCP and food safety rules.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Job LocationDhaka
