We take pride in cultivating an environment where all team members can grow, feel heard, valued, and empowered.If you like what we’re saying, keep reading!WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO USWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our reconciliation team and ensure robust control and accuracy across all asset classes and custodians.This is a leadership role that plays a vital part in the firm’s operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk management framework.What You Will Be Responsible ForManaging the reconciliation team across cash, positions, and transactionsOverseeing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes across custodians, brokers, and internal systemsEnsuring timely resolution of breaks and discrepancies with appropriate escalation protocolsCollaborating with internal and external teams (e.g., Portfolio Management, Corporate Actions, Trade Processing) to resolve complex issuesDesigning and implementing controls to improve reconciliation accuracy and efficiencyMonitoring operational risk and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standardsImplementing automation initiatives and technology enhancements to streamline processesPreparing and presenting reconciliation and exception reports to senior managementLeading internal and external audits related to reconciliation processesParticipating in client onboardings and meetingsWhat We Value7–10+ years of experience in a reconciliation or operations leadership role within asset management or financial servicesExtensive understanding of investment instruments including equities, fixed income, and FXPrior expertise in reconciliation systemsProficient analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailSkilled leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilitiesProven experience managing teams in a high-volume, time-sensitive environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL)A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education and experienceBenefitsAttractive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement.
