Should be able to do a warmshell Site Survey of new project space & prepare the Site Due-Dilligence Reports. Should be able to do Existing fit outs Site Survey of Re-furb projects space & prepare thesite Due-Dilligence Reports. Should have ability to Review Tender documents and GFC documents. Need to understand and Review Design Layouts , BOQ & Technical specifications (TDS). Required to do a buildability check at site wrt GFC. Should be able to do Quality Audit Observations and Ensure closure at site execution. Should possess knowledge in the construction process and sequencing various activities. Should understand and validate installations & execution based on LEED requirements. Need to have the ability to communicate and provide training to clients & team. Should be able to do standard basic activities. Need to have ability to collate all testing & commissioning records and prepare reports as part of handing over documents. Should possess capability to provide Demo & Training to end users / FM Team / ClientTeam as part of the handover stage.
