The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record in managing real estate operations and improving business efficiency. The salary for this position ranges up to 9,000 AED.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day company operations.Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.Coordinate with sales, leasing, marketing, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.Monitor company performance, prepare analytical reports, and suggest process improvements.Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company regulations.Support management in planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of real estate processes and UAE market practices.Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
