As an Operations Manager – AML Compliance and Transaction Monitoring for the Payreto Group, you are expected to provide operational support to selected Payreto’s clients.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Service Delivery and Operations ManagementEnsures that all client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceed expectationsEnsures that regulatory and non-regulatory requirements related to AML, CTF, Sanction list screening, PEP are compliant all the time through various CDD and EDD efforts like KYB, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, adverse media check, etcEnsures that all client related processes as well as task updates are followed by the team;Continuously plan and implement operational improvementsAnticipates and forecasts internal and external threats that might affect operations / capacityDevises data-driven, creative and win-win solutions to mitigate risks or address existing problemsCreates a prepared and viable succession planKeep employee attrition at a minimumRoutinely review quality standardsClient Satisfaction and Account ManagementFind win-win solutions in handling client complaints and escalations in a timely mannerFind win-win solutions in handling client complaints and escalations in a timely mannerMaintain a good to high NPS score from the clients assigned to youRegularly communicate with the client to better understand current and future needs that might generate more revenue for PayretoExert best efforts to retain clients without compromising Payreto’s operations and profitabilityCreate and draft contract amendments if necessarySalesParticipate in project scoping for potential clientsAssist in the creation of a profitable proposal for potential clientsAssist in drafting of contractAct as the department's subject matter expert in sales discussionsProduct DevelopmentActively participate in AML Compliance and Transaction Monitoring product development discussionsHelp find solutions for Payreto to use in the AML Compliance and Transaction Monitoring SpaceProject ManagementAssist in the planning and implementation of new client project/sEnsure that all project tasks and milestones are accomplished on-time and within budget for the products assigned to youRegularly keep all Notion Pages up-to-date under his/her wingInternal Compliance and AuditImplement necessary corrective and/or disciplinary action to team membersEnsure that Payreto is compliant to all client and Payreto Internal Audit standardsPeople ManagementRegularly conduct performance reviews of Team Leads, supervisors or any job role directly reporting to youRegularly coach and mentor direct reportsMaintain high employee satisfaction and moraleParticipate in the improvement of training to enable employeesRecruit best candidates for the operations in the recruitment processDevelop employees to become future leaders for PayretoMaintain high employee engagement within the teamFinancial ManagementEnsure that all financial KPI targets set by Payreto management are met through your management of operationsEnsure accurate, complete and on-time generation of client invoicesAssist Head of Operations in keeping the operations within the company budgetOther TasksEnsure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management systemUnderstand the company’s goal and purpose so that it will continually enhance the company’s performanceSubmit progress reports and ensure accuracy of dataAssist in adhoc work assigned by immediate supervisorExtend work hours when neededHigh quality and reliable operations of projects assignedCompliance to Payreto and Client requirementsProvide leadershipOn time delivery of the output for tasks assigned for the clientQuality and accuracy of the output for the task assignedEfficiency of delivery of the task assignedClear and timely communication and the clientAdherence to schedulesAdherence to standards of the fieldKeep yourself up to date with the information and best practices of your field of specializationWHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Management, and Communication5 – 10 yrs experience in subject matter expertise (AML Compliance and Transaction Monitoring, Due Diligence (KYB / KYC, etc.))At least 3 yrs. of leadership/management experienceMust have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience in G Suite (Google) is a plusProven business acumen and has tenacity to always continue without seeing immediate success (displaying entrepreneurial qualities)Has Strong Subject Matter Knowledge (SME) in the Digital Banking, Payments, Remittance Space and would understand a variety of topicsVery strong verbal and written skillsOutstanding cognitive, comprehension, and strong analytical skillsCandidates must have a strong desire to learn more than operations.
