In this pivotal position, you will oversee operational processes, enhance efficiencies, and ensure the highest standards of quality in our logistics operations. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and compliance with industry regulations.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development: Schedule and conduct regular team meetings, training, and coaching to foster a high-performance culture. Provide regular feedback to your team members and take accountability for team performanceProcess Optimization: Analyses and document operational processes, identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiencyReporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse performance reports to drive informed decision-making within the departmentQuality Assurance: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and integrate new regulations into operational proceduresCollaboration & Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, transporters, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless operationsProblem Solving: Proactively address complex operational challenges and advise the Country Manager on necessary improvementsBranch Management Activities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our landlord and vendors, while ensuring the effective maintenance and management of the facilityRequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to compliance with quality standards and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and make informed decisions on operational proceduresMinimum Skills RequiredFluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in operations management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or logistics sectorPay range: 65-85kWhat Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
