Job purposeThe Manager of Operations is essential in supporting our mission to transform financial services. This role is focused on operational efficiency, enhancing member satisfaction, and ensuring service excellence. The successful candidate will exhibit operational expertise, the ability to execute strategic tasks, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding member experience.ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:·        Operational Management:** Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and provide a seamless experience for our members.·        Team Development:** Supervise and nurture operational teams, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.·        Collaborative Strategy:** Coordinate with various teams to ensure that operational plans are aligned with company goals and member needs.·        Enhancing Member Satisfaction:** Oversee the tracking and enhancement of member satisfaction, ensuring operational activities contribute positively to the member experience.·        Support Quality Assurance:** Assist in the enforcement of quality assurance protocols to guarantee superior service delivery.·        Risk Management and Compliance:** Help in overseeing operational risks and compliance with relevant regulations to protect both members and the company.·        Budget and Financial Planning:** Aid in managing the operational budget and financial planning processes, focusing on efficiency and member value.QualificationsThe position generally requires an individual to have the following qualifications:·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.·        A minimum of 7+ years of experience in operations management, showcasing a history of success in team leadership and operational enhancements.·        Demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and mentoring.·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.·        Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.·        Familiarity with quality assurance, risk management, and financial principles, especially within the fintech industry.·        Experience working with loans, debits, and banking institutions.·        Proficiency in operational management software and tools such as Creatio, EV2, and Five9.·        Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.·        A dedication to continuous improvement and innovation in operations.
