In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.Designation: Ops Manager - Designaka: The Architect Whisperer | Customer Happiness Champ | Design Ops GuruThe Role in a Nutshell:You're the power player behind smooth design delivery. As Manager – Design Operations, you're the one ensuring architects can do their best work and customers get exactly what they envisioned without delays, confusion, or chaos. You'll streamline design workflows, align internal teams, handle escalations like a diplomat, and make sure payments follow the progress.What You’ll Do:Act as the glue between the architects and the customers, translating technical drawings into customer-friendly conversations and vice versa.Manage and monitor the entire structural design process from kickoff to sign-off. Keep timelines tight and expectations tighter.Jump in to resolve any issues, escalations, or confusion that pops up. Be the calm, composed fixer everyone counts on.Track project progress and ensure timely approvals and payment collections.Build and maintain dashboards that track project health, turnaround time, feedback loops, and customer NPS, and improve them continuously.Collaborate with internal teams, Architects, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to make sure everyone is in sync and on mission.Who You Are:Bachelor's/Master’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Design Management4+ years of relevant experience in design operations, customer delivery, or project leadershipFluent in both design-speak and customer-speakA process-driven person who can also think creatively when plans go sidewaysExperience managing escalations and large-volume design pipelinesBonus Points If You:Have worked in a tech-enabled design or construction companyKnow how to keep both designers and customers happy (no small feat!)Bring a mix of analytical thinking and emotional intelligenceWhy Join Us?Because we’re not building buildings we’re building the future of building.
