Salary: $20,000 MXN after taxes /monthPLEASE READ AND MAKE SURE YOU MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU APPLY.___________________________________________________________________________________Ideal Profile:5+ years of experience in operations or project execution, ideally in remote or service-based environments.Proven experience managing teams in distributed structures with performance expectations.Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and performance tracking tools.Strong execution mindset: organized, consistent, and outcome-oriented.Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and reporting skills.Able to lead calmly in fast-changing environments and proactively detect inefficiencies.Experience managing sensitive or emotionally charged conversations preferred (e.g., in legal, healthcare, or financial services).Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.Proven resilience and self-motivation in meeting performance-based goals.Familiarity with CRM systems and remote team environments.Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to feedback within a remote and dynamic work environment.Comfortable working in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with the firm’s schedule.Objectives of the Position:Oversee the implementation of operational systems and business strategies, ensuring high-quality execution, data integrity, CRM discipline, and accountability across all functional areas. Maintain complete visibility into the company’s workflows, service levels, and deliverables, enabling leadership to make informed decisions and continuously improve.Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management.Lead the day-to-day execution of operational systems and ensure smooth coordination across departments.Supervise distributed teams to ensure workflows are efficient, timely, and aligned with internal standards.Coordinate with leadership and legal advisors to guarantee compliance with applicable policies and regulatory frameworks.Align the operations team around clear performance expectations and measurable goals.- CRM & Data OversightMaintain full control over the use of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and data management systems across teams.Ensure all client records, case statuses, and service updates are tracked accurately and confidentially.Verify that CRM and trackers are used in accordance with pre-defined formats and frequency requirements.Identify data inconsistencies and enforce correction procedures with department leads.Stay current on tools and technology that can improve efficiency, automation, and compliance.- Execution & Operational ImprovementMonitor compliance with SOPs and proactively identify areas for operational improvement.Address inefficiencies by recommending concrete adjustments to workflows or routines.Enforce consistency in execution across remote teams to reduce delays, errors, or duplicated effort.Support implementation of change initiatives and ensure operational stability throughout transitions.- Quality ControlEnsure that Honest Immigration upholds the highest standards in documentation, applications, and service delivery.Oversee internal audit mechanisms to ensure continuous quality and adherence to process.Establish internal checkpoints and routines for error detection and correction.- Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as a central bridge between the executive team, department leaders, and operational staff.Promote integration across departments to align goals, resources, and execution timelines.Ensure supervisors and managers are aligned in reporting discipline and KPI tracking.- Performance Execution SupportCollaborate with team leads to ensure operational KPIs are being followed and updated regularly.Act as a central point of control to confirm all performance data is submitted on time and in the correct format.Provide visibility into blockers, bottlenecks, or performance gaps arising from daily execution.Contribute to internal performance reports and dashboards with real-time operational insights.Recommend improvements to strengthen accountability, service consistency, and team coordination.Present periodic performance reports to the Executive Leadership Team and propose actionable improvements.- Accountability & Leadership DisciplineEnsure team supervisors are meeting their operational responsibilities and maintaining tracker accuracy.Set up regular operational check-ins and coordinate the resolution of pending tasks or escalations.Flag chronic delays, compliance risks, or process breakdowns to the executive team for action.- Transparency & ReportingConsolidate operational updates across all departments and submit timely summaries to leadership.Coordinate the delivery of weekly and monthly reports based on already defined performance metrics.Ensure transparency of progress, blockers, and risk areas across the operation.- Policies & Internal CommunicationOversee implementation of internal policies and ensure they are correctly applied and reinforced.Serve as a communicator and enforcer of changes across departments.Ensure internal documents, SOPs, and process guides are accessible, understood, and respected.Target Guidelines:Increase team productivity and reduce operational costs.Improve service levels and the quality of final deliverables.Ensure corporate policies are updated, communicated, and applied across teams.Guarantee that all areas are aligned with defined KPIs and performance expectations.Enforce structured monitoring and timely course-correction mechanisms.Ensure consistent, clear, and on-time reporting across departments.KPI’s with which the Employee’s Performance will be evaluated:Operations are executed efficiently and aligned with SOPs and service timelines.CRM and performance trackers are updated and accurate across departments.Supervisors meet their reporting responsibilities consistently.Risks, delays, or service issues are escalated proactively.The executive team receives clear and complete visibility of operational status through structured reportingImprovements are implemented based on system feedback and execution gaps.Challenges:Bringing structure, visibility, and
