Established in 2007, PSI is a platinum partner with top UAE developers and recognized for its innovative approach, advanced systems, and excellence in customer experience.We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational framework that supports our sales, CRM, call center, and lead management functions in Dubai.Role OverviewOperations Manager – Real EstateWe’re looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to take charge of all operational activities in our fast-paced real estate firm. You’ll manage sales support, CRM systems, and call center performance, while ensuring smooth collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Customer Support teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep CRM expertise and a talent for streamlining processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. If you thrive on optimizing workflows and leading high-performing teams, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across CRM, sales support, and call center teams.Supervise and optimize the use of lead management tools, including My Leads, Convolo, and Brightcall.Ensure efficient call center performance, proper call routing, and high-quality customer interactions.Manage lead rotation schedules to ensure fair distribution and timely follow-up by agents.Collaborate with Sales Managers on lead quality, campaign results, and optimization opportunities.Work closely with Marketing and Tech teams to maintain smooth lead integration from websites and campaigns into the CRM.Conduct CRM training sessions for new hires to ensure full understanding of sales workflows and reporting standards.Maintain data accuracy, monitor CRM input quality, and address system inconsistencies proactively.Coordinate with the Acceleration Team for technical issue resolution and escalate recurring challenges to management.Generate regular reports on CRM usage, lead flow, operational efficiency, and team performance.Support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance system reliability and user experience.Ensure all operations comply with internal policies, timelines, and quality standards.Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and lead tracking tools (My Leads, Convolo, Bright call).Managing Data distribution to sales managers and following up to maintain quality of data.Experience in real estate or working with marketing or sales agencies will be considered an advantage.Experience coordinating with technical and marketing teams for system integrations.Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage escalations effectively and under pressure.Why Join PSI?Work with one of the UAE’s most established and innovative real estate companies.Lead operations that directly impact business growth and team performance.Join a multicultural environment with 50+ nationalities.Opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams driving the company’s success.
