We’re a global smart mobility SaaS company with 2M+ subscribers across 23 countries, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and optimize processes for peak performance.Lead after-sales support and ensure excellent customer experience.Manage installation schedules, quality control, and fault reportingSupervise control room activities and maintain operational compliance.Build and lead a high-performing team across functions.Align local operations with regional goals, manage budgets, and report KPIs.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.5+ years in a managerial roleProven leadership across multi-functional teams.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English
