We are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead and scale one of our international Cybersecurity Training Centers. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and seamless day-to-day execution across all center activities.The Operations Manager will work in close partnership with the Centre’s Pedagogical Director to form the local leadership team. While the Pedagogical Director oversees academic quality and instructional delivery, the Operations Manager will own all operational, administrative, and commercial execution aspects of the center. This role reports directly to HQ and serves as the primary operational interface between the local center and the global organization.Your RoleAs our Operations Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the training center, ensuring the seamless delivery, scalability, and financial integrity of our cybersecurity programs.Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the cybersecurity training center, working alongside the pedagogical lead to ensure smooth delivery and operational efficiency.Training Management & Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and manage professional trainers/instructors and operational staff in a cross-cultural environment. Establish clear standards, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks.Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage budgeting, payroll execution, procurement, vendor relationships, operational payments, fund allocation, and local legal/compliance coordination in alignment with HQ guidelines.Process Optimization: Design and implement robust operational workflows to scale training delivery.Client-Facing Leadership: Serve as the primary operational representative of the center in front of clients and partners. Maintain professional communication, manage expectations, ensure delivery excellence, and uphold the organization’s standards and reputation.What We’re Looking ForMandatory Relocation: This role requires full relocation to the training center location. Valid foreign passport is required.Training Management Experience: Proven experience managing professional training programs or training operations is essential. Relevant roles may include Training Manager, Head of Training Operations, School Principal/Vice Principal, or equivalent leadership positions in structured educational environments.Operational Leadership Background: Demonstrated experience managing trainers/instructors, overseeing training logistics, ensuring quality assurance and assessments, and driving operational excellence. Experience in technical or cybersecurity training is a strong advantage.Client-Facing Capability: Comfortable representing the organization in front of clients, partners, and external stakeholders in a professional environment.Professional Fluency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Ownership & Decision-Making: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to make sound decisions under pressure, solve complex problems, and build effective teams and scalable processes with minimal supervision.What We OfferFull-time leadership role with mandatory international relocationOpportunity to lead and scale an international cybersecurity training centerCareer growth within a fast-paced, global organizationCompetitive, high-compensation package
