Operational ManagerJob Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations of the padel club, including bookings, facilities, staff, and customer service.Monitor daily activities such as scheduling, cash reporting, and court conditions.Coordinate with the central (holding) management team.Organize and manage work schedules and staff shifts.Ensure all facilities are in optimal and safe condition for use.Handle customer complaints and maintain service excellence standards.Prepare operational reports and recommend service improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related fields.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations (preferably in sports facilities, gyms, or F&B outlets).Strong leadership skills and experience managing shift-based teams.Good communication and basic financial reporting skills.Willing to work on shifts and weekends (on a rotating schedule).
