Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage operational activities to ensure smooth execution of staffing projects and client engagements.Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to improve productivity and service delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, HR, Finance, and Sales) to align operations with business strategies.Define and track KPIs to measure team performance, project progress, and operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and compliance standards across all operational functions.Prepare and analyze reports using Excel to support data-driven decision-making.Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Manage vendor and client relationships to maintain service quality and satisfaction.Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation activities for ongoing and new projects.Drive operational excellence by maintaining consistency, accuracy, and accountability in execution.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Fluency in English – strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience in project management, preferably within staffing, HR, or service-based industries.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, reporting).Strong compliance mindset with attention to detail and regulatory awareness.Demonstrated ability to drive execution and monitor performance through KPIs.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
