This job opportunity is for a client of us 🔥About the CompanyOur client operates a global multi business ecosystem including a Google Ads agency, a multi channel acquisition agency (Google, Meta, YouTube), several info product brands, and multiple e-commerce shops across different international markets.The company is fast scaling and generates a high volume of ideas, projects, and operational needs. The Operations Manager will be the fuse between chaos and clarity. This role is not a classic PM role. It is the operational execution brain of the company.Role OverviewThe Operations Manager is the coordinating power behind the company’s execution, ensuring that every initiative moves from concept to completion. This person builds clarity, structure, and momentum across all business units. They turn ideas into systems, systems into workflows, and workflows into results.They ensure that priorities are clear, deadlines are respected, projects move forward end to end, and nothing falls through the cracks.This is a leadership level operations role for someone who thrives in complexity, creates order, and takes full ownership from start to finish.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Prioritization and Workflow Direction• Act as the filter between ideas and execution• Prioritize, sequence, and challenge founder ideas to avoid overload• Set a clear list of what gets executed, when, and why• Protect the team from “100 projects at once”• Transform chaotic input into structured plans2. Project Ownership and Delivery• Own projects from planning to delivery with full accountability• Build timelines, define roadmaps, assign responsibilities• Monitor execution and anticipate blockers• Maintain strict deadline discipline and ensure completion rate• Bring a no excuses operator mindset3. System Design, Processes, and Automation• Build and optimize processes across all departments• Create operating systems that scale the company• Implement standardization across teams and business units• Design automations in ClickUp• Maintain documentation that is clean, up to date, and automated when possible4. Operational Reporting and Metrics• Create weekly dashboards for the founder• Track project velocity, SLA compliance, capacity, and bottlenecks• Audit workflows and identify sources of delay• Build team productivity and performance reports• Present operational insights and recommendations5. Team and People Operations• Coordinate with internal teams and international freelancers• Support recruitment: screening, interviews, test tasks, onboarding• Maintain clear SOPs and onboarding flows• Track performance, output quality, and communication standards• Ensure high quality asynchronous communication across the team6. Founder Enablement• Capture the founder’s vision, ideas, and strategic priorities• Structure these into clear plans, workflows, and systems• Ensure the founder always has visibility on progress, risks, and decisions• Protect the founder’s time and reduce operational load• Become the operational extension of the founderRequired Skills and Experience• Strong background in operations and project management • Mastery of ClickUp (or strong ability to adapt from Asana or Monday)• Familiarity with AI tools and AI driven workflows• Strong organizational and prioritization skills• Proven ability to work in fast paced, multi project environments• Excellent communication skills, especially asynchronous• Fluency in English is mandatory• Ability to lead and coordinate distributed teams and freelancersSoft Skills and Personality FitWe are not looking for a classic Operations Manager.We are looking for someone who is:• obsessed with order and systems• rigorous, structured, and highly detail oriented• comfortable challenging a founder and pushing back with clarity• calm and effective in chaotic environments• solution driven with a bias for execution• able to manage remote teams and international freelancers• capable of thinking strategically while executing tactically• motivated by building scalable systems from scratchWhat We Offer• Full time remote role• High autonomy and decision making power• Direct collaboration with the founder• Opportunity to architect systems across multiple business units• Growth potential as the company scales• A role where you create clarity, structure, and impact every day
