Operations Manager – Market Research Agency (healthcare)Location: London (Hybrid)Full-time | An independent and fast-growing market research agency is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of project operations. This is a vital role that sits at the centre of the business helping to ensure work is delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality.About the Role:You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery across a wide range of research projects from scoping and scheduling to managing suppliers and tracking budgets. You’ll also play a key role in refining internal systems and processes to support growth and ensure the business runs efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage project logistics, scheduling, and resourcing across teamsWork closely with fieldwork partners and suppliers managing relationships and negotiating costsMonitor project progress, budgets, and marginsImprove and streamline operational processes, ensuring they scale with the businessHelp shape the operational strategy and future roadmapAbout You:Proven experience in an operations or project management role ideally within a healthcare market research agency or similar Excellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong commercial awareness comfortable managing budgets and supplier costsA confident communicator who enjoys working across teams and solving problemsProcess-driven, detail-focused, and always looking for ways to improve how things are doneTech-savvy experience with project management tools, Excel, or workflow systems is a plus
